Kokua-4.1.2.40000 SecondLife Viewer Release

Kokua-4.1.2.40000 SecondLife Viewer is released.

This brings Kokua to parity with SecondLife-4.1.2 and to RLV-2.9.20.2.

Please refer to Release Notes for more detail about fixes and additions in this release.

    Your wiki frontpage list to very old versions of your viewer.

    Also the release notes listing doesn’t link to any recent release notes.http://team-purple.sourceforge.net/wiki/Imprudence:Release_Notes

    Oh i see you separated out the kokua and imprudence release notes, but not put a link for the kokua notes on the frontpage.

    Imprudence maintained a wiki table of contents page. That is nice to have, but adds another release maintenance task. Each release blog post has a Release Notes link.
    At this time, with limited person power we aren’t going to add a Kokua Release Notes Table of Contents wiki page.
